Dr. SATYAM SRIRANGAM, a distinguished legal expert, entrepreneur, and social reformer, whose leadership spans law, business, politics, and philanthropy. As the Founder & Chairman of the SRIRAANGAM FOUNDATION, he has pioneered transformative initiatives in education, healthcare, and social empowerment, particularly for underprivileged communities. His influence extends to business as Chairman of SRIRANGAM’S GROUP OF COMPANIES, a key player in construction and infrastructure. In addition to his business and philanthropic endeavours, he also serves as an official spokesperson for the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC), where he actively advocates for justice, economic growth, and social equity.
Dr. Satyam Srirangam was born on June 5, in Karimnagar, a business hub city in the state of Telangana, India. He was raised by his parents Sri Narsimha Charyulu and Smt Soubhagya Lakshmi.
Dr. Satyam Srirangam completed his secondary education at Zilla Parishad High School in Ameensahebpalem. He pursued his intermediate education at DRNSCVS Junior College in Guntur District of Undivided Andhra Pradesh. Dr. Srirangam earned a bachelor's degree from DRNSCVS Degree College, from Acharya Nagarjuna University, in 2003. He later completed his Master of Arts in 2011. Subsequently, he pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Osmania University, in 2008. Further advance to his interest in legal education he obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in 2023 from the same University.
In recognition of his contributions to social services, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by a National Deemed University in 2018.
Dr. Satyam Srirangam is a High Court Advocate and Official Spokesperson for the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC).After completing his L.L.B., L.L.M., he began his legal career as an advocate at the High Court and became Patron Member of the legal community since 2008 (Enrolment No. AP/1755/2008). His legal acumen has played a significant impact on the justice system and legal reform, earning him respect within legal and civic circles.
His political journey began in 1989 with the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) and has since evolved into a longstanding association with the Indian National Congress (INC), from 1996. Today, as a Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Official spokesperson, Dr. Srirangam actively advocates for social justice, inclusive governance, economic growth, and often leveraging his legal expertise to shape the progressive public policies.

Dr. Satyam Srirangam is a seasoned entrepreneur in the construction and real estate sector, with over two decades of experience. As Chairman & Managing Director of Srirangam’s Group of Companies, he has led numerous residential, commercial, and HMDA/DTCP layout projects through ventures like Sudhanvao Projects and VISISTAA PROJECTSS.
He is the Founder and National President of the Sanathana Entrepreneurs Association (SEA), promoting entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. In the real estate industry, Dr. Satyam Srirangam has held key leadership roles in NAREDCO Telangana Chapter, including Vice President (2017–2019), Vice Chairman (2019–2021), and Chairman NAREDCO West Zone, (2021–2023) . He also served as State Vice President of the Telangana Builders Federation, advocating progressive policies and sustainable growth.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES IN INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS (INC) Dr. Satyam Srirangam began his political journey in 1989 by joining the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of the Indian National Congress (INC), commonly known as the Congress Party. Motivated by a deep passion for public service and a commitment to addressing societal issues, he aspired to fulfill the political aspirations of the people and contribute meaningfully to community welfare.
Recognizing his dedication, humility, and impactful grassroots work, Dr. Satyam was appointed as a Youth Member of the NSUI during his student years. This role provided him a platform to assist those in need and represent diverse communities with integrity and empathy. His consistent efforts to serve individuals from all walks of life earned him the trust and respect of both the public and party leadership.
Dr. Satyam remains steadfast in his mission to serve society, continually honoring the trust reposed in him. His unwavering focus on the public good and active involvement in initiatives that further the Party’s goals reflect his deep-rooted commitment to democratic values.
Acknowledging his contributions, the Indian National Congress appointed him as the State Official Spokesperson for Telangana. Leveraging his legal expertise, Dr. Satyam has effectively contributed to policy formulation and political advocacy.
PARTY ACTIVITIES : Dr. Satyam Srirangam is a dedicated politician and social worker, known for his commitment to public welfare and active leadership within the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC). With a strong grassroots presence, he has played key roles in major Congress campaigns and community initiatives across the state.
In 2023, he led the “Hath Se Hath Jodo” campaign in Bowenpally and Balanagar, promoting the vision of Shri Rahul Gandhi ji, under the leadership of TPCC President Shri A. Revanth Reddy garu. He was also instrumental in the 2022 Bharat Jodo Yatra, mobilizing over 6,500 volunteers from Bowenpally to Miyapur via JNTU, Kukatpally.
Dr. Satyam joined senior party leaders, including Shri Digvijay Singh, in a padayatra from Mudimyal to Chevella, and actively participated in the nationwide trade union strike at Balanagar Square. He also launched a local membership drive in Sri Sri Nagar Basti, Balanagar Division.
In the 2022 Munugodu by-election, he served as in-charge of Marriguda Mandal, working for the victory of Smt. Palvai Sravanti. He contributed to the Congress Party Manifesto Committee and served as official spokesperson during the parliamentary elections, supporting the Congress campaign in Malkajgiri.
Currently, Dr. Satyam serves as the Party In-Charge and Election Coordinator for the Kukatpally Assembly Constituency, continuing his dedicated service to the people of Telangana and the Congress Party.

Dr. Satyam Srirangam, in collaboration with a local trust, led a humanitarian initiative to distribute 150 metric tons of rice to impoverished families in Kukatpally, addressing critical food insecurity in the region. Demonstrating deep compassion, he also takes part in funeral rites for orphaned children, offering prayers for their peace and dignity in passing—an act reflecting his profound humanitarian values.
Driven by a passion for education, Dr. Satyam has consistently supported underprivileged students in government schools and colleges by facilitating scholarships and cash awards for academic excellence. Through his efforts, approximately 45% of allocated scholarships have been successfully disbursed, enabling students to pursue their dreams.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Satyam extended essential aid to over 250 vulnerable families for six consecutive months—further demonstrating his unwavering dedication to public welfare.

Dr. Satyam Srirangam joined the Lions Club in 2013, marking the beginning of his active involvement in community service through the organization. His leadership journey began with his appointment as President of the Hyderabad Lions Club from 2018 to 2019, where he championed initiatives focused on supporting marginalized communities and promoting social welfare.
